I'm Jennelle, a psychotherapist and holistic life coach with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate life's most challenging moments. I hold a Master of Social Work degree with a mental health concentration and founded D.O.P.E (Determined to Own your Power & Evolve) Therapy supports people working through anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, anger management, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy, I meet you where you are with compassion and clarity. Whether you're processing past wounds, managing a current crisis, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I help you identify triggers, develop effective coping strategies, and restore balance to your life. I offer individual sessions, couples work, groups, and coaching via telehealth, and I accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support your journey toward healing and growth.
